Ariana Grande has fired back at those criticising her public declaration of love for new fiance Pete Davidson on her upcoming album, insisting life's too short to be cryptic.
Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson are dating for a couple of months now, and their relationship seems pretty serious.
Davidson proposed to the 24-year-old No Tears Left To Cry singer and she accepted his proposal.
Which made an avalanche of mean, trolling comments about Grande and her love life in general.
The whole thing escalated when Grande revealed that one of the songs from her upcoming album Sweetener is dedicated to Pete. (Track's name is Pete)
Numerous Twitter users exploited the opportunity to mock Ariana about her choice of track name, and she only had one thing to say to them:
The truth is I been the fuck thru it and life's too short to be cryptic n shit about something as beautiful as this love I'm in. So Pete it is.
