Director Terry Gilliam has recently unveiled his passion project, 'The Man Who Killed Don Quixote', a movie that's taken 25 years to make, but sadly just before it's world premiere he was taken into hospital after suffering a stroke. Thankfully he's ok now, and it turn's out, he doesn't mind going to hospital every now and then.
Gilliam's magnum opus will finally hit theaters worldwide on June 1, and we cannot wait to find out what he has made this time.
The Man Who Killed Don Quixote (2018) is loosely based on a medieval novel by Miguel de Cervantes, and it was written by Gilliam and Tony Grisoni.
The Man Who Killed Don Quixote (2018) follows Toby, a disillusioned advertising executive. Toby becomes pulled into a world of time jumping fantasy when a Spanish cobbler believes him to be Sancho Panza. He gradually becomes unable to tell dreams from reality.
Stars of this movie are Adam Driver (Toby), Jonathan Pryce (Don Quixote) Stellan Skarsgard (The Boss), and Olga Kurylenko (Jacqui).
