Acting icon Burt Reynold’s body has reportedly been cremated, just days after his death last week.
Last week, we've lost one of the greatest actors that ever lived - Burt Reynolds. Burt has died of a heart attack. He was 82.
Even though Reynolds had one child, two ex-wives and a whole bunch of friends, his niece Nancy Hess was left in charge of his remains.
And it seems that Hess cremated Reynolds, and she didn't tell anyone about it. She didn't even announce if she is going to bury his remains or will she scatter them privately.
We first heard from Nancy, when Reynolds died. She issued a short statement, saying that his death was unexpected, adding: ...he was tough. Anyone who breaks their tail bone on a river and finishes the movie is tough. And that's who he was. My uncle was looking forward to working with Quentin Tarantino and the amazing cast that was assembled.
She is speaking, of course, about the upcoming Tarantino film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019).
Reynolds' last role will be in Stephen Wallis' movie Defining Moments (2018), set to premiere on December 25.
