Mark Wahlberg is hopeful that 'Mile 22' will be the film that defines his acting career. Directed by Peter Berg, the flick follows the actor's character James Silva, an elite American intelligence agent, who tries to secretly move a police officer with sensitive information out of a foreign country.
Wahlberg is one of the most successful actors and producers in Hollywood, with two Academy Awards nominations, and numerous other nominations and wins in his career.
He is also a part of some of the biggest movie franchises of all times: Transformers, Ted, Daddy's Home.
And don't forget that he started his celeb career being a frontman of Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch in the late 1980s.
So, he's got it all, right?
