Actor Marc Maron is reportedly in talks to join Joaquin Phoenix in the new 'Joker' origins movie. The 'Glow' star is reportedly in negotiations to play a talk show agent who has a hand in accelerating the titular supervillain's drive into madness.
The 54-year-old actor from New Jersey started his career in the animated TV series Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist (1996), and his first big screen title was Los Enchiladas! (1999).
Maron has more than 30 titles in his career, and he is best known for his work on the popular TV series GLOW (2017-2018).
He was a part of other successful titles such as Almost Famous (2000), Sleepwalk with Me (2012), Frank and Cindy (2015), Maron (2013-2016).
