In the romantic drama 'Midnight Sun' we meet 17-year-old Katie Price, played by Bella Thorne, who suffers from a rare genetic condition that makes her vulnerable to sunlight. During the day she stays indoors, but after the sun sets, Katie's world opens up and she meets Charlie, the boy next door who she's secretly been in love with for years.
The newest rom-com that is breaking everybody's hearts premiered on March 23, but it is, sadly, having poor reviews.
Midnight Sun (2018) is about a 17-year-old girl who suffers from a condition that prevents her from being out in the sunlight.
The girl is portrayed by Bella Thorne, and her partner is Patrick Schwarzenegger. Rob Riggle also stars in this movie, directed by Scott Speer and scripted by Eric Kirsten.
Kirsten has used the 2006 Japanese movie called Taiyo no uta as the base for Midnight Sun (2018).
Even though the critics seem to hate the movie, the audiences like it and it is filling the cinemas worldwide.
